After breakfast, begin your full-day guided exploration of Cairo’s most famous landmarks. Start at the Giza Plateau, where you’ll marvel at the Great Pyramid of Cheops, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, as well as the pyramids of Chephren and Mykerinos. Stand in awe before the Great Sphinx, the guardian of the plateau.
After lunch at a local restaurant, continue to the Egyptian Museum, home to an astonishing collection of artifacts—including treasures from Tutankhamun’s tomb. Return to your hotel for the evening and overnight in Cairo.

After breakfast, transfer to Cairo Airport for your flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, meet your guide and begin your East Bank tour. Visit the magnificent Karnak Temple Complex, one of the largest religious structures ever built, dedicated to the god Amun-Ra. Continue to Luxor Temple, connected to Karnak by the ancient Avenue of Sphinxes. Check in at your hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure. Overnight in Luxor.

After breakfast, cross the Nile to the West Bank, known as the “world’s greatest open-air museum.” Explore the Valley of the Kings, where pharaohs like Tutankhamun and Ramses II were laid to rest. Continue to the Temple of Hatshepsut, dedicated to Egypt’s only female pharaoh, and see the Colossi of Memnon, two towering statues guarding the remains of Amenhotep III’s temple. After your tour, return to your hotel. Optionally, enjoy a sunset felucca ride along the Nile. Overnight in Luxor.

After breakfast, transfer to Luxor Airport for your flight back to Cairo. Depending on your flight schedule, enjoy some last-minute shopping or sightseeing before being transferred to Cairo International Airport for your final departure.
